Since all of our products are made by hand, usually orders need to be processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery details including a tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.
We process and ship authorized purchases only. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible information. We will always contact the customer first before cancellation.
If you wish to edit your order or shipping information, please contact us immediately after placing your order via email at ohoocraft@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request!
Return & Exchange Policy
As each item is handmade to order so we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Please understand that all of OHOO products are handmade, even though we have strong confidence of providing our best quality to our customers, products' colour/appearances may still slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings. We hope that our customers enjoy their OHOO products!

We only accept exchanges for damaged items, not for change of mind. If your item is received damaged, please email us at ohoocraft@gmail.com within 7 days of arrival. Send us a message with the picture of the damaged item.
