All of our products are handmade to order.

Due to the nature of handmade items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted, so slight imperfections and minor color variations may occur. These are not defects, but part of the unique charm of handmade products.

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at ohoocraft@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
